Strictly Learn to Dance

We were pleased and privileged to be involved in the very first "Strictly Learn to Dance" in the Nottingham area.

The event was organised to raise funds for the Nottinghamshire Hospice and our role was to teach nine beginner couples the Waltz and Cha Cha in ten one hour sessions in preparation for them to dance in the "Grand Final" which was held at the Belgrave Rooms in the City centre.

The target was £6,000 which was successfully raised by sponsorship of the couples, voting on the finals night, tombola stall etc.

Everyone involved fully enjoyed the classes and the Grand Final evening the winners receiving a "Strictly Glitter Ball" which will pass to future winners.

We are now looking forward to training the couples for the next event.
