We have been running a successful school in the Nottingham area for over 40 years and are qualified to the highest standard in Ballroom, Latin American and Old Time Dancing, being Fellows of the National Association of Teachers of Dancing and Fellows and Examiners in the Allied Dancing Association.

We have adjudicated major International Championships in Perth, Western Australia, Sydney and Brisbane, Dublin, Siberia and also in Nottingham's Twin City of Minsk.

Our main aim is to teach people of all ages to dance at whatever level they choose, whether that be socially, as a medallist or as a competitor, and to ensure that our members gain enjoyment from their lessons and social dancing.

We know that dancing helps people gain confidence and once someone is able to dance it is a social asset for the rest of their lives. Dancing is also one of the best forms of exercise to help keep you healthy. This has been proven by studies at three different universities. It is also recommended by The British Heart Foundation.

Our School has a large maple dance floor of over 1600 square feet and, as we own the premises all lessons, classes, medal tests and social occasions take place in the one venue. We have our own car park so there is no problem parking on streets, or paying parking charges.
